The Peak District National Park sets a hard limit of 200 participants on any event, for ecological reasons. We fully support this, but it means just like the Peak Skyline that demand will oustrip supply. There are no waitlists. Once the places sell out you will have to try your luck next year.

Buxton, Derbyshire. The HQ is the well appointed Buxton Community School. We have also hosted the sell-out Peak Skyline from this venue for the last 8 years.
The excellent venue has two separate toilet and shower blocks and offers you a more comfortable location.
We have used Edale and Castleton in the past, but the lack of accomodation, lack of hard standing and free car parking, and severe overcrowding make these locations a poor ecological choice for a flagship Peak District event.
In contrast Buxton is more easily accessible, has better transport links, has more accomodation options, the venue is close to the town centre with a multitude of places to eat.
Our Buxton venue has a large secure car park, and it costs nothing to park there.
Yes it is. We do not want you to worry about navigation. While we will always recommend you carry GPS and maps we hope you won’t need them.
If you have taken part in the Peak Skyline you know we mark that course well. For this event, we are going a step beyond and employing a course marking team who will deploy corex signs fixed with reusable cable ties.
The corex signs will be specific to this event, and stated that the event is in partnerhsip with the Peak District National Park, National Trust and Staffordshire Wildlife Trust to deter removal or tampering.
Yes. We only contract to fully qualified paramedic providers for all our events. You will receive the highest quality of care on this event. They will be there to advise on minor issues such as footcare too.
Track Trail is a next generation platform that provides highly accurate ETAs for arrival at all checkpoints. Google navigation is fully integrated so you support teams or you, can you use it to navigate to a checkpoint, or another runner.
If the event is cancelled by us, you will be offered a full refund of the face value ticket cost and merchandise. We are unable to refund the small booking fee charged by the ticket and credit card company.
There is no option to defer or cancel, but we give you full control to recover all of your entry costs. You are able to sell it via etchrock.com. There are no charges or loss of a % of your fee associated with this.
Merchandise is not refunded, but will be transferred, so you will have to sell that in a separate transaction outside of etchrock. Note that 14 weeks before the event, the sizes of tshirts can no longer be amended.
